On July 30, 2000, a small contingency of the http://istrianet.org team found themselves either in various parts of Istria or in areas of close proximity (Trieste, etc.), so we decided to meet each other in person for the first time in Piran[o]. The resultant encounter, popularly called a "raduno" in Italian, was a landmark event and the only one of its kind for our group. Predictably, along with the anticipated spouses and children, there were a few uninvited guests who tagged along not only "for the ride" but also for the photo opportunity. Naturally, a good time was had by one and all! These photos are in sequential order, beginning at the point of my arrival to an unplanned early departure due to transportation difficulties.
