Final Judgement June 8 1999. In the United States District Court
FINAL JUDGMENT As the Court has entered findings of fact and conclusion of law in favor of the plaintiffs Nina Schroder Magness, Agnes Schroder Atkins, and Lee Alexander Magness and against the defendants the Russian Federation, Russian Ministry of Culture, the Russian State Diamond Fund, and American-Russian Cultural Cooperation Foundation the Court hereby ORDERS that judgment be entered in favor of plaintiffs Nina Schroder Magness, Agnes Schroder Atkins, and Lee Alexander Magness in the amount of $234,192,000.00 plus post-judgment interest at the rate of 4.879% against the defendants the Russian Federation, the Russian Ministry of Culture, the Russian State Diamond Fund, and the American-Russian Cultural Cooperation Foundation The Court further ORDERS that judgment be entered in the amount of $400,000.00 in favor of plaintiff Lee Alexander Magness, plus post-judgment interest at the rate of 4.879% against the defendants the Russian Federation, the Russian Ministry of Culture, the Russian State Diamond Fund, and the American-Russian Cultural Cooperation Foundation.
