...........................................
Last Thursday, I spoke with Mr. Klein about this suit. He told me to see
him a.s.a.p. for a possible Class Action of "us" versus the Republic of Croatia,
on a same/similar basis.
He asked me: "How many people involved?"
Answer: "As much as we found to participate in a Class Action".
If none, I might go alone.
He is working on CONTINGENCY basis.
Main question: "What about the ""Sovereign Immunity""?
Apparently, some new legislation came recently, which makes "Sovereign Immunity"
of a lesser obstacle.
I am planing to go back to Brooklyn to copy the full file of this suit
(possibly today or tomorrow). I am planing to study this and then give him a call for an
appointment, either this or next week.
Please let me know your position. Give me a list of all questions or
topics I must discuss with him. That will help me a lot.
