I suggest that SUVLAH prepare lists giving names, addresses of culprits who hold confiscated property and identify the confiscated property, then demand that the US Immigration service include those persons on the lists of excluded aliens or, if visas are still required for Croatian citizens, the US Consulate in Zagreb should keep AND USE such lists.

May be hard to do.
