This section of our virtual home focuses on descriptive, historical and geographic information
on specified locations on the peninsula of Istria and
the adjacent islands in the Kvarner (Quarnero) Bay.
Components:

Local Descriptions and History - a listing of all the
towns which currently have one or more unique web pages on our site.

Town Lists - a
set of Master charts listing all the identifiable official, alternate and
historical names of inhabited and uninhabited settlements, hamlets,
villages, towns, and cities of Istria and the Kvarner / Quarnaro
Region. This listing will eventually link to other components of this section.

Maps
- a collection of detail current maps. (See the separate Maps
section for all other map selections.)

Photograph Albums - a
collection of photographs of individual towns and/or regions.
This "reconstruction" project is very complex and we
need your help. If you have any information about a specific town or region of
Istria, or wish to participate in some other way on our project, please
